Beijing Zhonghuan Investment Management Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “Zhonghuan”), the main shareholder of Beijing WKW automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BWKW”) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 75% of capital shares of Elektrofahrzeuge-Stuttgart GmbH (http://www.efa-s.de, hereinafter referred to as „EFA-S“) on 16 Nov. 2015 in Frankfurt am Main.
The business of EFA-S GmbH concerns mainly on research and development, modification, production and sales of various electric vehicles and causes no competition between BWKW and EFA-S.
