Tenure Requirements
1. Bachelor or above in Engineering Technology (e.g. mechatronic, E/E, IT, Biotechnology) or Economics, or similar majors with outstanding achievements
2. Internship or working experience in area such as investment banking, strategic consulting, auditing; or in selected industries such as automation, E/E, or healthcare
3. Good command of Chinese, German and English
4. Grown up in China, with life experience in German/Europe
5. Confident and competent behavior, outstanding analyzing ability, high motivation, good communication skills and team spirit
6. Willingness to travel in Europe and China

Responsibilities
1. Conduct market and industry research and analysis, and match acquisition targets with potential buyers.
2. Analyse target companies, prepare project presentations, company valuations and other documents, and report to clients.
3. Assist in organising and participating in project due diligence and negotiations.
4. Assist in implementing strategic consulting projects, such as establishing production facilities or joint ventures in China for European clients.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients.

Requirements

1. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or an economics-related discipline.
2. Fluent English; German is an advantage.
3. No specific work experience is required; familiarity with or an interest in corporate mergers and acquisitions is preferred.
4. Excellent learning and analytical skills, strong motivation, good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
5. Willingness to travel within China and to Europe.

Responsibilities
1. Platform operations: manage the company’s WeChat official account, Weibo and other new media platforms.
2. Content creation and editing: collect information, write, edit and publish articles for the WeChat and Weibo accounts.
3. User interaction: engage with followers and respond promptly to comments and questions.
4. Data analysis: organise and analyse article readership and other data to improve the quality and effectiveness of platform content.
5. Company image: update and improve company profiles and promotional materials.
6. Marketing activities: collect information about investment and M&A events and participate selectively, including relevant report events, major investment and M&A conferences and industry conferences.
7. Maintain and update the company website.

Requirements
1. A full-time bachelor’s degree or higher; German studies or economics-related disciplines are preferred. Fluent spoken and written English and at least reading proficiency in German.
2. No specific work experience is required; experience in new media operations is an advantage.
3. Strong writing skills, enjoyment of writing, an aesthetic sense and good layout skills.
4. Strong information-gathering, synthesis and analytical skills, good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
5. Proficiency in office software and operating new media platforms.
