Post Duties
1. Market research and search of target companies
2. Analysis of the company
3. Creation of teaser and assessment analysis
4. Accompanying the due diligence processes and negotiations
5. Execution of strategic consulting projects, esp. German clients' investment in China
6. Customer relationship management, esp. to those Chinese customers who are active in international market and listed

Tenure Requirements
1. Bachelor or above in Engineering Technology (e.g. mechatronic, E/E, IT, Biotechnology) or Economics, or similar majors with outstanding achievements
2. Internship or working experience in area such as investment banking, strategic consulting, auditing; or in selected industries such as automation, E/E, or healthcare
3. Good command of Chinese, German and English
4. Grown up in China, with life experience in German/Europe
5. Confident and competent behavior, outstanding analyzing ability, high motivation, good communication skills and team spirit
6. Willingness to travel in Europe and China

Tenure Requirements

1. University student with majors related to economics such as business management, economics computer science, economics engineering or other economic study areas, or those students who are majored in technical and scientific fields such as math, physics, computer science, engineering etc. with business management as subsidiary subject

2. Diploma: You are about to finish your senior study and want to write your thesis with thematic reference to China

3. Graduate: You have just finished your thesis and your studies and want to start a career with challenging project works

4. Language: very good Chinese, English and German knowledge in both speaking and writing

5. Working experiences in China/Germany is a plus, or relevant internship experiences.

6. Pronounced analytical ability, confident appearance, independent action und high level of operational readiness
